Policies & Booking Terms

These policies are written to protect both client and provider. You can revise the wording to match your final contract.

Rental Deposit (Guitar Center)

If your event requires additional rented equipment (e.g., extra speakers/subs, specialty mics, staging, etc.), the rental portion requires a non‑refundable deposit to secure inventory for your date.

  • Deposit amount is based on the rental quote and required reservation timeline.
  • Rental deposit is applied toward rental cost and is not refundable once the rental is booked.
  • If the event is cancelled after rental booking, rental costs may still be owed based on vendor terms.

Standard Workflow

1) Intake + quote

We confirm venue, runtime, inputs, and add-ons. You receive a written quote.

2) Lock the date

Date is reserved after agreement and deposit (service deposit separate from rental deposit).

3) Event execution

Setup, soundcheck, FOH mix, and optional livestream/lighting operation.

4) Deliverables

If included: multitrack/post mix delivery and/or recorded livestream assets.

Client Responsibilities (Typical)

  • Provide venue access for load‑in and setup (time agreed in advance).
  • Confirm power availability near FOH and stage locations.
  • Communicate any venue restrictions (sound limits, fog, rigging, etc.).
  • Ensure safe cable paths or approve cable ramps/taping as needed.
